Visiting any church can be a difficult experience. We would like to set you at ease. Our goal is that your first visit to New Haven Baptist Church would be refreshing, friendly, and enjoyable for the whole family! We want you to experience encouraging music, practical teaching and preaching, friendly people, and a genuine sense of being "at home." If there is anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable, please let us know!

What should I expect?
Our building is located on the corner of Carroll St. and Barnhill Rd. There are parking spots in front of the main entrance of the building facing Barnhill Rd. as well as the west side facing Carroll Rd. There is also handicap parking just in front of the main entrance. Upon entering the building, you will be in the foyer. Be sure to stop at the welcome desk to your right where you will be greeted by one of our members to answer any questions you may have  and receive your free welcome pack. We currently offer one service on Sunday mornings at 10:30am; this is where you can expect to experience worship music, church event announcements, and Bible preaching. Each service normally lasts just around an hour. We also offer Sunday Night Connection Groups at 6PM and a Mid-Week Bible Study on Wednesdays at 7PM.

Where do I take my kids?
Starting with children who are new-born through three years old, our safe, clean nursery is available to help care for your child.
For older children (age 4-13), parents can keep their kids with them during the worship portion of the service. They are then dismissed just before the pastor's message to go to the Childrens Department where they will hear an age-appropriate Bible lesson.
None of these children's services are required. If you would be more comfortable keeping your children with you throughout the service, you are more than welcome to do so.

What should I wear?
We have no required "dress-code" at New Haven Baptist Church, for either members or guests. In fact, at any given service, you will see a variety of different outfits, from suit-and-tie to jeans-and-t-shirt — and everything in between. Our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable on your visit here!

What is your worship style?
We incorporate a blended style of worship, which means that in a typical service we will sing both traditional hymns and modern worship songs.
